肠造口患者的自我效能及其影响因素

Self-efficacy of colostomy patients and its influence factors

目的调查肠造口患者自我效能水平,分析其影响因素。方法采用造口患者自我效能量表、一般资料和造口相关情况调查表对新疆南北疆5所三级甲等医院的181例肠造口患者进行问卷调查。结果本组肠造口患者自我效能总分为(67.27±13.55)分,自我效能得分分别在18～59岁、60～69岁、70～79岁、80～89岁4个年龄段依次呈现高、低、高、低变化。自我效能得分随造口术后时间的延长呈逐渐增加,术后6个月至1年的增加幅度显著。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、造口术后时间、自理程度是肠造口患者自我效能影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肠造口患者的自我效能处于中等偏低水平,在护理工作中须加强对年龄大、造口术后时间短、自理程度低患者的健康指导,提高自我效能水平,从而改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate self-efficacy level of colostomy patients and analyze its influence factors.Methods To apply stoma patient self-efficacy scale,generally information and survey scales related to stoma to make questionnaires for 181 cases of colostomy patients selected from five gradeⅢlevel A hospitals from south Xinjiang and north Xinjiang of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Results Total scores of self-efficacy for colostomy patients in this group was(67.27±13.55),and self-efficacy score successively presented a change of high-low-high-low respectively at the four age groups of 18-59 years old,60-69 years old,70-79 years old and 80-89 years old.Self-efficacy score increased with extension of duration after stoma,and increase amplitude was most obvious at the sixth month to one year after surgery.Multiple linear regression analysis result indicated that age,duration after stoma and self-care degree were influence factors for colostomy patients'self-efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy of colostomy patients is below the middle level,so for nursing work,it should strengthen health guidance for patients in elder age,low self-efficacy and short duration time after stoma,and increase their self-efficacy level and further improve their quality of life.
