糖尿病胰岛素注射患者皮下脂肪增生现状与相关因素调查

Investigation the status of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia and related factors in diabetic insulin injection patients

目的调查糖尿病胰岛素注射患者皮下脂肪增生现状和相关因素。方法本次参与调查研究的300例糖尿病患者均于2013年1月—2016年2月收住我院。通过问卷调查的方法或者问诊的方法来调查患者胰岛素注射情况、皮下脂肪增生现状以及皮下脂肪增生的有关因素等。结果 300例糖尿病胰岛素注射患者皮下脂肪增生率为56.67%。经过所有的调查问诊后发现,皮下脂肪增生的糖尿病患者脂肪增生的相关因素包括患糖尿病的时间、同一针头使用次数、胰岛素使用年限、每日胰岛素注射量(P<0.05);同时对比统计两组患者胰岛素注射的面积大小发现,皮下脂肪未增生组胰岛素注射面积比皮下脂肪增生组大。经多元logistic回归分析发现,患糖尿病时间、每日胰岛素注射量、同一针头使用次数、胰岛素使用年限、胰岛素注射的面积大小是影响皮下脂肪增生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论为减少糖尿病患者并发症发生和减轻痛苦,本次调查结果表明医护人员如果定期向患者讲述一些有关胰岛素注射的准确方法(同一针头使用次数、每日胰岛素注射量等)和治疗期间的注意事项(注射面积进行轮换),从而使糖尿病胰岛素注射患者能够很好的控制体内血糖量,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To investigate the status of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia and related factors in diabetic insulin injection patients.Methods To study the 300 patients with diabetes who participated in the survey were all admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to February 2016.The status of insulin injection,subcutaneous fat hyperplasia,and related factors of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia were investigated through questionnaire survey methods or questionnaires.Results The subcutaneous fat hyperplasia rate in 300 patients with diabetic insulin injection was 56.67%.After all the surveys and interviews,it was found that the related factors of lipoid hyperplasia in diabetic patients with subcutaneous fat hyperplasia include diabetes time,the times of same needle used,the number of years of insulin use,and the daily insulin dose(P<0.05);at the same time,the area of insulin injection was compared between the two groups.It was found that the insulin injection area in subcutaneous adipose non-proliferative group was larger than that in subcutaneous fat hyperplasia group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that diabetes time,daily insulin dose,the times of same needle used,the age of insulin,and the size of insulin injection were independent risk factors for subcutaneous fat hyperplasia(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to reduce the occurrence of complications in diabetic patients and relieve pain,the results of this survey show that medical staff should regularly inform patients of some precise methods of insulin injection(the times of same needle used,dose of daily insulin injected,etc.)and precautions(injection area rotation)during treatment,so that patients with diabetes insulin injection can control blood sugar in the body and shorten treatment time.
