江门市蓬江区结直肠癌非职业相关高危因素分析

摘要 目的分析江门市蓬江区结直肠癌非职业相关高危因素。方法选择2012年3月至2016年4月江门市蓬江区在本院进行健康体检者1230名,均经病理检查确诊80例结直肠癌患者,收集全部研究对象的一般资料,评估结直肠癌的非职业相关高危因素。结果结直肠癌的发生与精神刺激、肠道息肉史、多发性遗传性大肠腺瘤病、胆囊结石、高脂饮食、患有基础疾病(糖尿病、高血压)等因素密切相关。结论江门市蓬江区结直肠癌的发病与基础疾病(糖尿病、高血压)、精神刺激、肠道息肉史、遗传因素、年龄、胆囊结石、饮食因素密切相关。 Objective To analysis of non-professional related high risk factors for colorectal cancer in Pengjiang district,Jiangmen city.Methods To select 1230 cases of people,from Pengjiang district,Jiangmen city,receiving health examination in the hospital from March 2012 to April 2016,and 80 cases were diagnosed as colorectal cancer through pathological examination.Collect the general information of all research objectives and evaluate non-professional related high risk factors.Results Occurrence of colorectal cancer was closely related to factors such as mental stimulation,medical history of gastrointestinal polyposis,hereditary multiple colorectal adenomas,cholecystolithiasis,high-fat diet and suffering from underlying disease(diabetes and hypertension).Conclusion Morbidity of colorectal cancer in Pengjiang district,Jiangmen city is closely related to underlying disease(diabetes and hypertension),mental stimulation,and medical history of gastrointestinal polyposis,genetic factor,age,cholecystolithiasis and diet.
