合理运动护理对维持性血液透析患者低血压的预防效应分析

Effect analysis of reasonable exercise nursing on precaution of hypotension for maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的探讨合理运动护理对维持性血液透析患者低血压的预防效应。方法选择2017年1—10月于我院首次接受血液透析的终末期肾病患者88例,将其随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者接受常规血液透析护理,试验组加用合理运动疗法干预,比较两组干预后的各观察指标。结果试验组患者干预后低血压发生率和透析适应度评分低于对照组(P<0.05),透析顺利完成率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用合理运动护理对维持性血液透析患者进行干预,可显著降低血液透析患者低血压发生率,提高其透析适应度与透析顺利完成率。

Objective To explore the effect of reasonable exercise nursing on precaution of hypotension for maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods To select 88 cases of end-stage renal disease patients receiving hemodialysis for the first time in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017,and randomly divide them into experimental group and control group.Control group was given routine hemodialysis nursing,while experimental group was added reasonable exercise therapy intervention,and compare each observation index after intervention between the two groups.Results Occurrence rate of hypotension and fitness score of dialysis for patients in experimental group after intervention were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and completion rate of successful hemodialysis was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of reasonable exercise nursing for maintenance hemodialysis patients to intervene could obviously reduce occurrence rate of hypotension for hemodialysis patients,and increase their hemodialysis fitness and completion rate of successful hemodialysis.
