标准化个案护理查房在老年髋关节骨折患者护理中的应用

Application of standardized case nursing rounds in elderly patients with hip fractures

目的探讨标准化个案护理查房在老年髋关节骨折患者护理中的应用效果。方法将2015年6月—2017年1月我科收治的老年髋关节骨折患者68例随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者接受常规护理,试验组在此基础上实施标准化个案护理查房干预。比较两组患者术前和术后7 d、术后1个月、3个月患者髋关节功能(Harris量表)、生活自理能力评分(Barthel量表),以及患者术后首次离床时间、并发症发生率及对护理服务满意度情况。结果试验组患者术后髋关节活动度、生活自理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),首次离床时间早于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),对护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施标准化个案护理查房,对促进老年髋关节骨折患者快速康复、提高康复效果和护理服务满意度具有积极的意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of standardized case nursing rounds in elderly patients with hip fractures.Methods To randomly divide 68 elderly patients with hip fracture treated in our department from June 2015 to January 2017 into experimental group and control group.The control group received routine nursing care.The experimental group performed standardized nursing care rounds on this basis of that of control group.The hip function(Harris scale)and self-care ability score(Barthel scale)were compared before and 7 days after operation,1 month and 3 months after operation,the first time when the patient's able to get out of bed,complication rate and satisfaction to nursing services.Results The hip joint mobility and self-care ability scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first bed leaving was earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)and satisfaction with the nursing service was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized case nursing rounds is of positive significance in promoting the rapid recovery of elderly patients with hip joint fractures,improving rehabilitation outcomes and satisfaction with nursing services.
