阶段性强化教育在口腔正畸患者中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的对口腔正畸患者应用阶段性强化教育的效果进行探讨。方法选取2016年4月至2017年4月口腔正畸患者共78例为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予阶段性强化教育,比较两组患者干预前后的牙龈指数(GI)、牙菌斑指数(PLT)、患者健康知识掌握情况。结果干预前,两组患者PLT,GI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者PLT,GI评分均有所改善,且观察组的各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者健康知识掌握情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段性强化教育应用到口腔正畸患者中,可提高患者健康知识知晓率,有益于口腔保健,值得进一步推广。 Objective To explore the effect of staged strengthening education on orthodontic patients.Methods A total of 78 orthodontic patients from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine health education.The observation group was given strengthening education on the basis of the control group.Step-by-step intensive education was conducted to compare the gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLT),and patient health knowledge before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in PLT and GI between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,PLT and GI scores of the two groups were improved and the scores of the observation group were all better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mastery of health knowledge of the observation group was better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staged intensive education on orthodontic patients can increase the awareness rate of patients'health knowledge and is beneficial to oral health care.The education is worth further promotion.
