摘要
目的探讨延续性护理干预在鼻咽癌放疗患者岀院后的应用效果。方法选择2016年8月—2017年8月我院肿瘤科收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者80例,将其随机分为对照组38例和观察组42例,对照组患者采用常规院外电话随访的方式进行护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上采用延续性护理干预,3个月后比较两组患者对鼻咽癌相关知识的知晓情况、焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状况及生活质量的改善情况。结果观察组患者对鼻咽癌相关知识的知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05),患者的SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),患者生理状况、社会和家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况及生活质量总评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用延续性护理对放疗患者进行岀院后的干预,能改善患者抑郁、焦虑的不良心理状况,提高生活质量,安全、有效,建议推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuation nursing intervention in brothel patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 80 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma received radiotherapy from August 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital were randomly assigned to 38 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group.Patients in the control group were followed up by conventional telephone interviews.Methods Nursing interventions were performed in the observation group.Patients in the observation group used continuous nursing intervention on this basis.Three months later,the patients were compared on the nasopharyngeal cancer-related knowledge,anxiety,depression,and other adverse psychological conditions and improvement of the quality of life.Results The awareness rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The physiological status,social and family status,emotional status,functional status,and total quality of life scores of the patients.Higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of continuous nursing intervention in post-brachial care for patients undergoing radiotherapy can improve the psychological status of patients with depression and anxiety,and improve the quality of life.It is safe and effective,and it is recommended for popularization and application.
