雷火灸治疗对阳虚型亚健康患者干预效果与生活质量的作用观察

Observation on the function of thunder-fire moxibustion on the intervention effect and quality of life of yang deficiency sub-healthy patients

目的观察雷火灸对阳虚型亚健康患者的干预效果与生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年7月至2016年7月于我院治疗的阳虚型亚健康患者102例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组。两组均给予健康饮食及生活习惯等健康宣教,对照组给予常规艾灸,观察组给予雷火灸干预,两组疗程均为30 d,比较两组患者临床疗效及生活质量变化。结果观察组患者整体临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸对阳虚型亚健康患者的干预效果与生活质量的影响在临床治疗中具有显著作用,它体现了中医不治已病治未病的重要思想,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on the intervention effect and quality of life of yang deficiency sub-healthy patients;Methods To select 102 patients with yang deficiency sub-health treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016,randomly and equally divided them into control group and observation group.Healthy dissemination,such as healthy eating and living habits were given to both group,and conventional moxibustion was given to the control group,while the observation group accepted the thunder-fire moxibustion intervention,two group's course of treatment were 30 days,compared two groups of patient's clinical curative effect and quality of life changes.Results The overall clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores on quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after accepting intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion has a significant role in the clinical treatment about the intervention effect and the influence of the quality of life in patients with Yang deficiency sub-health,it embodies the main ideas of Chinese medicine do not cure the current disease,but could preventive intervention before a formed disease,which were worthy of clinical popularization and application.
