榄香烯注射液肺癌术中淋洒和术后留置的可行性研究

Feasibility of Intraoperative Thoracic Sprinkling and Postoperative Thoracic Indwelling of Elemene Injection in Patients with Lung Cancer

目的观察伴有胸膜受侵或转移淋巴结破损的肺癌患者术中应用榄香烯注射液的临床效果。方法选取医院2015年1月至2017年2月行手术治疗的Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期肺癌患者181例,其中85例术中胸腔淋洒和术后胸腔留置榄香烯注射液(观察组),96例术中应用0.9%氯化钠注射液胸腔冲洗(对照组),对患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果两组患者术后第1天的血常规、转氨酶和肌酐等水平,术后并发症如感染和过敏反应发生例数及胸腔引流量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后随访中,胸腔内转移抑制例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组切口种植及复发例数少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论榄香烯注射液术中胸腔淋洒和术后胸腔留置对于肺癌患者术后恢复无明显影响,且可预防术后胸腔内转移,安全可行。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Elemene Injection in treating lung cancer patients with pleural invasion or metastatic lymph nodes breakage.Methods Totally 181 patients with lung cancer of stage II or IE treated by surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected.Among them,85 patients were treated with intraoperative thoracic sprinkling and postoperative thoracic indwelling of Elemene Injection(the observation group),96 patients were treated with intraoperative lavage of 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection(the control group).The clinical and pathological data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results There was no significant difference in blood routine,level of transaminase and creatinine in the first day after operation,post-operative complications such as the cases of infection and anaphylaxis,and the chest drainage volume between the two groups(P>0.05).In the postoperative follow-up,the cases of intrapleural metastasis suppressive in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cases of incision planting and recurrence in the observation group were less than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative thoracic sprinkling and postoperative thoracic indwelling of Elemene Injection for treating patients with lung cancer has no significant effect on postoperative recovery,and can prevent intratho-racic metastasis after operation,which is safe and feasible.
