摘要
目的观察小儿肺咳颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将93例感染后咳嗽患儿分为观察组(47例)和对照组(46例)。对照组口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用小儿肺咳颗粒,咳嗽严重者给予布地奈德气雾剂,治疗2周。结果观察组患儿总有效率为97.87%,明显高于对照组患儿的78.26%(χ~2=6.796,P=0.009);治疗后,观察组患儿的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、日间咳嗽积分、夜间咳嗽积分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、莱赛斯特咳嗽量表(LCQ)总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论小儿肺咳颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗儿童感染后咳嗽临床疗效显著,能明显减轻炎性反应,降低气道高反应性,缓解咳嗽症状,提高患儿生活质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiao^er Feike Granules combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets in the treatment of children with post-infectious cough.Methods Totally 93 children with post-infectious cough were divided into the observation group(47 cases)and the control group(46 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets,on this basis,the observation group was given Xiao^er Feike Granules.The patients suffered severe cough were given Budesonide Aerosol,the course of treatment was 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.87%,which was significantly higher than 78.26%of the control group(f=6.796,P=0.009).After treat-ment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-4 and TNF-a,daytime cough score,nighttime cough score,VAS score and LCQ score in the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),but the level of IFN-y in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Xiao'er Feike Granules combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets in the treatment of children with post-infectious cough has significant effect and high safety,it can obviously reduce the inflammatory response and airway hyperresponsiveness,alleviate cough symptoms,improve the quality of life of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
