摘要
针对含有分布式电源的配电网,对光伏、风力发电的随机特性进行可靠性建模。考虑联络馈线容量的影响,对转供的负荷进行约束,提出了一种基于序贯蒙特卡洛模拟法和改进最小路法相结合的混合法,用于含分布式电源的配电网可靠性评估。选取实际配电网算例进行可靠性评估,验证了改进最小路法的有效性;引入可靠性灵敏度指标,分析了不同元件对含分布式电源的配电网可靠性指标的影响程度,为配电网薄弱环节的改进提供理论依据。
The distribution network with distributed power was taken as the research object.First,the reliability of PV power generation and wind power generation was modeled.On the basis of this,considering the influence of the transmission capacity of feeder line,the transfer load was constrained,and a hybrid method based on the sequential Monte Carlo simulation method and the improved minimum path method was proposed and used for reliability evaluation of distribution network including DG.The proposed method was applied to an actual distribution network,and the results show the effectiveness of the new method.By introducing the reliability sensitivity index,the influence degree of the different components on the reliability index of the distribution network was analyzed,which provides theoretical basis for improving weak links.
