摘要
本文就大型浴室废水余热利用效率不高的问题,研究了一种基于沟槽微热管换热技术高效余热回收新系统,将77%的余热重新利用于浴室冷水加热,降低了对传统热源的依赖,减少了煤、石油、天然气的使用。综述了新系统中沟槽微热管换热器的工作原理,并从节能减排方面进行分析,新系统具有构造简单、热回收率高等非常明显的优势,节能减排效果显著,应用前景广阔。
In this paper,a new high-efficiency waste heat recovery system based on grooved micro-heat pipe heat exchange technology is studied to solve the problem of low waste heat utilization efficiency of large-scale bathroom wastewater.77%of waste heat is reused in bathroom cold water heating,which reduces the dependence on traditional heat sources and reduces the use of coal,oil and natural gas.The working principle of grooved microheat pipe heat exchanger in the new system is summarized,and the energy saving and emission reduction are analyzed.The new system has the advantages of simple structure,high heat recovery rate and so on.it has great energy-saving and emission-reduction benefits and wide application prospect.
