摘要
中科亿方智汇产业园5号楼结构为超高超限高层建筑,采用框架-核心筒结构体系,具有局部两层通高的框架柱,框架的柱跨较大等特点。本文主要介绍该工程的抗震性能设计,两层通高框架柱的计算长度分析。本工程采用YJK和MIDAS-BUILDING进行小震、中震作用分析,PKPM-SAUSAGE进行大震分析,达到了预期抗震性能目标。
The structure of building 5 of Zhongke YiFang Industrial Park is super tall and out of gauge high-rise building.The frame core tube structure system is adopted.Some columns are two-story height and large column span.This paper mainly introduces the seismic performance design of the project,the calculation of the calculation length of the two storey high frame column.In this project,YJK and MIDAS-BUILDING are used to analyze the effect of small earthquakes and medium earthquakes,and the large earthquake analysis is carried out by PKPMSAUSAGE,which has achieved the expected seismic performance target.
