摘要
"城市双修"是"城市更新"的中国特色化,是治理城市、转变城市发展方式的有力手段。本文通过对富拉尔基区城市发展现状问题的分析,从城市生态环境修复、基础设施填补以及城市功能修补等方面,探索了"城市双修"在东北老工业基地改造规划中的更新策略。
“Urban renovation and ecological restoration”is the Chinese characteristic of“urban renewal”,which is an effective method of managing city and transferring the urban development patterns.Analysis of the current situation of urban development in Fularji District,This paper discusses urban renewal approach of the old industrial base in Northeast China’s for ecological,infrastructure,and function.
