带模浇筑地下连续墙成墙技术探讨

摘要 由于素填土、砾质粘土、砂性土及强风化岩层等地层地下连续墙在施工中,成墙后墙表面平整度较差,甚至出现局部墙体夹泥、渗水、露筋、混凝土超方等现象,给地铁车站基坑基面处理带来很多不便。针对此类情况,本文提出了带模浇筑地下连续墙的方法。采用在地连墙钢筋笼外表面安装一层镀锌铁皮,以解决地下连续墙成墙缺陷问题。 According to the continuous wall construction of soil,gravel clay,sand soil and weathered rock stratum in underground,into the wall after wall surface smoothness is poor,and even the emergence of local wall mud,water seepage,reinforcement,concrete super party phenomenon,to a subway station pit surface treatment brings a lot of inconvenience,therefore,put forward with the pouring method of underground continuous wall.A layer of galvanized iron sheet is installed on the outer surface of the reinforcement cage on the ground wall,in order to solve the problem of the wall defect of the diaphragm wall.
