With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level,people’s quality of life is more and more demanding,for building also has higher requirements.In the construction engineering,the quality of the geotechnical engineering determines the quality of the whole construction project,and it is the foundation of the building engineering.Among them,hydrogeological survey is an important part of geotechnical engineering,and the quality of investigation is an important factor to ensure the quality of geotechnical engineering.In this paper,the main contents and key points of the hydrogeological survey are introduced,and the application of hydrogeological survey in geotechnical engineering is discussed.
