摘要 本研究通过试验研究了不同水灰比、设计孔隙率及骨料级配对透水再生混凝土力学性能和透水性的影响,并通过冻融试验,研究透水再生混凝土的抗冻性。研究表明:设计孔隙率的变化对透水再生混凝土的抗压强度和有效孔隙率的影响最大;骨料级配的变化对透水系数的影响最大。透水再生混凝土的较优配合比为A2B3C1。试验结果表明:透水再生混凝土的抗压强度普遍较小,透水系数和有效孔隙率能够满足规范要求。同时透水再生混凝土的抗冻性良好,能够达到F150的防冻等级。 In this paper,the effects of different water-cement ratio,design porosity and aggregate gradation on the mechanical properties and water permeability of water-permeable recycled concrete were studied.And the frost resistance of water-permeable recycled concrete was studied by freezing-thawing test.The results showed that the change of the design porosity has the greatest influence on the compressive strength and the effective porosity of the perfusible recycled concrete.The change of the aggregate gradation has the greatest influence on the permeability coefficient.The better ratio of permeable recycled concrete is A 2B 3C 1.According to the experimental results,it is found that the compressive strength of the permeable recycled concrete is generally small,and the permeability coefficient and effective porosity can meet the requirements.At the same time,the frost resistance of the permeable recycled concrete is good,and the frost level of F150 can be achieved.
