城乡统筹背景下土地管理研究综述

Research on Land Management under Urban and Rural Co-ordination

土地是城乡关系的桥梁与纽带。在介绍城乡统筹和土地管理相关概念的基础上,从土地流转与土地市场、土地制度、土地权益、土地利用与规划等方面对城乡统筹理念下的土地管理问题进行了分析,为相关研究和实践提供了借鉴。

Land is a bridge and link between urban and rural relations.Based on the introduction of related concepts of urban and rural areas co-ordination and land management,the multidimensional thinking of the land management problems of urban and rural areas was analyzed under the concept from the land transfer,land market,land system,land rights,land use and planning,in order to provide a useful reference for related research and practice.
