微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定大米中的硒·砷和汞 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]建立一套用于测定大米中微量元素As、Hg、Se的方法。[方法]采用微波消解技术处理大米样品,结合对As、Hg、Se具有高度选择性的氢化发生双通道原子荧光光谱检测技术测定大米中微量元素As、Hg、Se。[结果]通过对国家一级标准物质的测定,其测定结果与标准值吻合,满足相关规范要求,同时缩短了消解时间,减少了试剂用量,降低了样品的测量背景值,一定程度上提高了样品前处理的效率。[结论]该方法具有快速、高效、准确等优点,适用于大米等植物样品中微量元素As、Hg、Se的测定。 [Objective]To establish a set of methods for the determination of trace elements As,Hg and Se in rice.[Method]Microwave digestion technology was used to treat rice samples.Combined with highly selective hydrogenation of As,Hg and Se,dual channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to detect trace elements As,Hg and Se in rice.[Result]By determination of national standard material,the determination results were agreement with the standard values,meet the requirements of the relevant regulations,but also shorten the digestion time,reduce the amount of reagent,decrease the measurement background value of samples,to a certain extent,improve the efficiency of sample pretreatment.[Conclusion]This method has the advantages of fast,efficient and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of trace elements As,Hg and Se in rice and other plant samples.
