摘要
中外合作办学思政课教师队伍的现状是人员配备以专职为主,学历结构以硕士为主,职称结构以中级及以下为主,年龄结构以中年教师为主,且学生对思政课教师的教学总体上较为满意。教师队伍建设上的问题主要包括,不同中外合作办学机构和项目教师配置情况差异悬殊,中外合作大学教师队伍结构需进一步优化,中外合作办学教师学术水平有待提高。为解决上述问题,建议加强政府对中外合作办学思政课教师队伍建设的监管,明确中外合作大学思政课教师的身份定位,重视对中外合作办学思政课教师的在职培训,提高对校外优秀人才的引入力度。
The current situation of ideological and political teachers of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is that the provision of the personnel is mainly full time;the qualifications structure is dominated by master degree;the professional title structure is dominated by intermediate titles;the age structure is dominated by middle age;and most of the students are satisfied with the teaching of these teachers.The main problems of the ideological and political teachers include that the disparity of personnel provision is large;the level of these teachers’academic level needs to be raised;the team of these teachers in Sino-foreign universities needs further optimization.To solve these problems,the government should strengthen the supervision of ideological and political teachers’team construction of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.The Sino-foreign universities should make clear these teachers’identity and pay attention to their in-service training and introduce more talents from outside universities.
