物业管理招投标机制不规范是目前行业面临的一大问题,以青岛市黄岛区为例对住宅小区业主进行问卷调查,对案例区进行科学的数据统计和理论分析,找出目前物业管理在招投标选聘机制中存在的问题,提出相关建议,对物业公司发展有指导作用,对行业长远发展具有重大意义。

Lack of standardization in bidding mechanism for property management is currently a major problem facing the industry.Taking Huangdao district of Qingdao city as an example to carry on the questionnaire survey of residential owners,with the scientific statistics and theoretical analysis to the case,we find out the existing problems in current property management in the bidding selection mechanism,put forward relevant suggestions and guidance to the role of the property company development,which is of great significance to the long-term development of the industry.
