便携式小型零件多方位加工钻床的设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章研究了某便携式小型零件多方位钻床的结构特点、功能及原理。该小型钻床在工作中能够较好地保护工件,同时能够实现多方位的加工。通过CAD软件对小型钻床进行二维三维绘制及建模,为后续钻床有限元分析和实体加工制造做好铺垫性工作。该钻床结构简单,操作方便,加工效率高,成本低,对家庭和小型工厂这样的小型单位非常适合。这次设计将学生课题学过的机械制造工艺与装备、公差与配合、机械制图、工程材料与热处理工艺等知识很好地串联起来,将课程应用于实际研究操作。首先是对工件机械加工工艺规程的制定,工件机械加工工艺规程的制定是至关重要的。设计零件的工艺规程以及对钻床进行结构分析。 In this paper,the structure characteristics,function and principle of the multi-azimuth drilling machine of a portable small part are studied.This small drilling machine can protect the workpiece well and can realize multi-azimuth machining.By CAD software,the 2D 3D rendering and modeling of the small drilling machine are carried out,which can be used for the fem analysis and physical processing of the subsequent drilling machine.The drilling machine has simple structure,convenient operation,high processing efficiency and low cost.It is suitable for small units such as family and small factories.The design will be the student subject studied mechanical manufacturing technology and equipment,mechanical drawing,tolerance and fit,engineering material and heat treatment process and the knowledge of good together,operation course was applied to the actual research.First of all,it is the development of the machining process of the workpiece machinery,the work of the machining process of the workpiece is very important.Design the process of the parts and analyze the structure of the drilling machine.
