摘要
近年来,学者们研究发现,将氧化铝工业的固体废弃物—赤泥进行高温活化后,所形成的活化赤泥具有较好的吸附胶结性能,可满足BAF对各类污水处理的需求。基于此,文章首先选取适当工艺,生成活化赤泥生物滤料,然后将其应用于石化废水处理的BAF连续流试验中。试验结果显示,当BAF水力停留时间3 h,流量为3.36 m3/d时,经过31 d的试验后,发现应用活化赤泥作为滤料的BAF对石化废水的COD平均去除率稳定高于30%,达到国家污水排放一级标准,具有较好的推广应用价值。
Activated alumina is activated at high temperature,and then has good adsorption and binding properties,which can meet the needs of various types of wastewater treatment by Biological Aerate Filter(BAF).Based on this,this paper first selected the appropriate technology to generate activated red mud biofilter,and then applied to the BAF continuous flow test of petrochemical wastewater treatment.When the hydraulic retention time of BAF was 3h and the flow rate is 3.36 m3/d,after 31 days of experiment,it is found that the average removal rate of COD of petrochemical wastewater stabilized by BAF was higher than 30%Achieve a national standard of sewage discharge,with good promotion and application value.
