摘要
随着印制板生产技术的提升,对印制板钻孔质量要求越来越高。孔位精度作为衡量钻孔质量的主要参数,要提高孔位精度就需要合适的工艺参数。文章以田口法为核心依据,使用正交试验和孔位精度信噪比分析确定最佳钻孔工艺参数,并通过确认实验最终证明田口法能够完成找寻最佳钻孔工艺参数,提高孔位精度的任务。
With the development of PCB production technology,PCB board drilling quality requirements are getting higher and higher.Holes accuracy is a major impact on the quality of drilling and it requires the appropriate process parameters to improve holes accuracy.This paper based on Taguchi method and the orthogonal test and the hole position precision SNR analysis are used.Finally,the experiment proved that Taguchi can complete the task of finding the optimum drilling parameters and improving the accuracy of hole position.
