泰州融入扬子江城市群的机遇、基础和路径

Taizhou's Integration into the Yangtze River Urban Agglomeration:Opportunities, Basis, and the Approaches

当前,泰州面临国家发展战略叠加、重大基础设施建设辐射等多重发展机遇,在中心城市功能、产业比较优势和基础设施建设方面已具备融入扬子江城市群的基础。基于此,文章多角度思考了泰州融入扬子江城市群的路径:坚持"融入+嵌入"的原则,推动跨江联动发展;坚持"高端+高颜"的原则,加快中心城市建设;坚持"集约+集聚"的原则,打造特色产业体系;坚持"中心+核心"的原则,构建立体交通网络,以期为泰州实现快速发展提供理论支持,并为扬子江城市群"中轴城市"的发展提供借鉴。

At present,Taizhou is facing multiple development opportunities such as the overlapping of national development strategy and radiation of major infrastructure construction.It has already established the basis for integration into the Yangtze River Urban Agglomeration in terms of central city functions,industrial comparative advantages,and infrastructure construction.Based on those perspectives,Taizhou’s approaches of integration into the Yangtze River Urban Agglomeration are considered:Adhering to the principle of“integration+embedding”to promote cross-river linkage development;adhering to the principle of“high-end+high-levelness”and accelerating the construction of the central city;adhering to the principle of“intensive+agglomeration”to create a characteristic industrial system;adhering to the principle of“center+core”to build a three-dimensional transportation network.This would provide theoretical support for the rapid development of Taizhou,and to provide reference for the development of the“central city”of the Yangtze River Urban Agglomeration.
