基于各方对需求一致理解的需求管理流程探讨——以《长寿老人养生专题知识数据库》为例

需求,就是各方提出的要求。信息系统项目的需求管理,就是管理好各方对信息系统项目所提出的要求。需求管理的目的是确保各方对需求的一致理解,管理和控制需求的变更,从需求到最终产品的双向追踪。项目的需求管理可以在很大程度上影响项目的成败。项目的需求管理流程主要包括制定需求管理计划,求得对需求的理解、求得对需求的确认、管理需求变更、维护对需求的双向跟踪、识别项目工作与需求之间的不一致等。文章以重庆市长寿区图书馆拟建设《长寿老人养生专题知识数据库》为例,进行项目的需求管理。

The demand is the request made by all parties.The requirement management of the information system project is to manage all the requirements of the information system project.The purpose of demand management is to ensure a consistent understanding of the needs of the parties,the management and control of changes in demand,and the two-way tracking of the needs to the final product.The requirements management of the project can affect the success or failure of the project to a great extent.The requirements management process of a project includes making a demand management plan,finding out the understanding of the needs,identifying the requirements,managing the change of requirements,maintaining the two way tracking of requirements,and identifying the inconsistency between project work and needs.This paper takes the library of Chongqing Changshou district to build the“database of longevity old people’s health preserving knowledge”as an example to carry out the demand management of the project.
