摘要 针对传统的实训设备功能单一、针对性不强等弊端,结合"中国制造+互联网"的人才培养要求,开发了一种基于空气质量在线监测的综合实训平台。平台以PM2.5、温湿度、噪音、风速等空气质量参数为监测对象,采用单片机技术和Zigbee技术,构建物联网系统;给出了实训平台的总体构成,并阐述了其主要功能模块的硬件设施、软件编程及通讯实现。实践证明,该平台以具体对象作为实训依据,适用于传感器技术、物联网及通信技术、单片机技术等课程的实训教学,可提升课程吸引力,提高实训效果。 In view of the single function and less pertinence of traditional training equipment,a comprehensive training platform of online air quality monitoring is designed,which is in accordance with the training requirements of“Chinese manufacturing+Internet”talent.The Internet of things system,which is realized by SCM technology and Zigbee technology,monitors air quality from the perspectives of PM2.5,temperature,humidity,noise and wind speed.The overall composition of the training platform is introduced,and the hardware implementation,software programming and communication realization of the main functional modules are elaborated on.The result shows that the platform focuses on specific objects,suitable for the practical training teaching of sensor technology,Internet of things,communication technology and single-chip technology.It can make the course more attractive and improve training effect.
