摘要
为解决微带天线带宽较窄的问题,文章结合LTCC技术的多层基板工艺特点,设计一种X波段圆极化微带贴片天线。该天线在采用双层矩形辐射贴片的基础上,对矩形贴片开槽和进行不同尺寸的切角,其中对下层辐射贴片进行较大程度的切角;再对上下两层采用不同厚度的基板,其中下层基板较厚。利用HFSS对天线进行仿真设计,通过优化,该天线阻抗相对带宽达到22.4%,AR相对带宽达到14.9%。
In order to solve the narrow bandwidth of microstrip antenna,a circular polarized microstrip patch antenna at X-band is designed in combination with the characteristics of the LTCC technology in this paper.On the basis of the double-layer rectangular patch,slotting and cutting corners of different sizes on the double-layer rectangular patches,and the lower layer is cut in a larger size.Then the two layers were made of different thickness substrates,and the sublayer substrate was thicker.Then the antenna is simulated with HFSS.By optimizing the antenna,the relative bandwidth of the antenna is 22.4%,the relative bandwidth of AR is 14.9%,and the integrated relative bandwidth is 14.9%.
