工业网络视频监控系统平台的搭建

Construction of video surveillance system platform in industrial network

随着我国工业的迅猛发展,工业网络结构日趋复杂,采用远程视频监控系统来加强工业网络化管理显得愈发重要。一套完整的远程视频监控系统一方面可以对厂区、车间等关键性场所实现视频监控,另一方面可以对关键性设备的运行状况实现监控和报警功能。文章结合工业现场对整个网络视频监控系统的要求,提出了一种工业网络视频监控系统的设计方案,详细介绍了该系统平台的搭建过程,并分析了各部分的功能及业务流程。实际应用表明,该系统能够有效地提高工业管理的自动化程度和安全生产水平。

With the rapid development of industry in our country,the network structure of industry is becoming more and more complicated,so it is more and more important to use remote video surveillance system to strengthen the management of industry network.On the other hand,we can realize the function of monitoring and alarming the running condition of the critical equipment.This paper combines the requirements of the whole network video surveillance system in the industrial scene.In this paper,a design scheme of video surveillance system for industrial network is proposed.The process of setting up the system platform is introduced in detail,and the functions and business processes of each part are analyzed.The practical application shows that the system can effectively improve the automation of industrial management and the level of production safety.
