摘要
文章讨论本发明创造的发明点在于:用全数字设计的方法,简洁、准确地判断PLL是否处于稳定状态,经研究,发现其特别适用于全数字PLL。
The invention points of the invention are discussed in this paper,that is the method of all-digital design is used to determine succinctly and accurately whether the PLL is in a stable state.
