基于计划行为理论的知识型人才创新行为路径研究

摘要 知识经济时代的科技日新月异,知识型人才需要靠不断创新使自身保值增值。基于计划行为理论视角,研究知识型人才的创新行为路径。分析计划行为理论的态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制三者和创新意愿之间的内因关系,发现创新意愿是态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制与实际创新行为的介质。因此,可基于调整知识型人才的行为态度、改善知识型人才的主观规范、增强对知识型人才的知觉行为控制、增强对知识型人才的工具、感情支持激励其创新行为等方面构建知识型人才创新行为路径。 With therapid development of science and technology in the era of knowledge economy,knowledge-based talents need to rely on continuous innovation to maintain their value.Based on the theory of planned behavior theory,this paper studies the innovative behavior of knowledge-based talents.By analyzing the internal relationship between attitudes,subjective norms,perceptual behavior control,and the willingness to innovate in the theory of planned behaviors,the study finds that innovative willingness is the medium of attitude,subjective norms,and perceiving behavioral control and actual innovation behavior.Therefore,the innovation behavior path of knowledge-based talents can be built through adjusting the behavioral attitudes of knowledgebased talents,improving the subjective norms of knowledge-based talents,enhancing the control of perceived behaviors of knowledge-based talents,enhancing the tools for knowledge-based talents,emotional support,and inspiring innovative behaviors.
