摘要 CA7155PHEV车型产品是基于传统B50车型平台、依托国家科技部863项目、开发出的插电式混合动力乘用车产品,是一项重大科技成果,于2012年12月实现在示范性市场的投放运营。通过与上海大郡、上海电驱动、东洋电机及电装四家公司的合作,先后对动力电机系统产品技术方案进行了3次设计,通过后两次产品技术方案变更与设计完善,实现动力电机系统满足应用标准要求。作为一汽首款实现市场运营的新能源乘用车,其动力电机系统产品开发经过了设计、试制与试验的多轮迭代过程,有着完善的技术探索、设计经验积累和充分的试验验证,为后续新能源汽车动力电机系统产品开发奠定了技术与能力基础。 CA7155PHEV model is developed plug-in hybrid passenger car products which is based on traditional B50 platform,relying on the 863 projects from national ministry of science and technology.It is a major scientific and technological achievement.In December 2012,it has been launched operation in the demonstration markets.Cooperated with Shanghai County,Shanghai Electric,Shanghai Oriental Motor and types,motor system product technical scheme was designed for three times.Through the latter two products technical scheme and design improvement,the motor system has met the application requirements.As the first new energy passenger car realized market operation,the motor system product development went through several rounds of iteration process including design,manufacture and test.It had a perfect technical exploration,design experience and fully test.It lays the technology and ability foundation for subsequent product development of new energy automobile motor system.
