摘要
根据某款车型电子电器架构的特点,提出基于CAN网络的整体汽车车灯的网络控制系统方案。采用8位微控制器MCS08DZ60设计实现了车灯分布式控制系统,设计了硬件电路和软件程序实现了控制要求,并通过CANOE等专业软件工具分析监测控制过程中的网络报文准确可靠。该设计已作为某车型的车身网络中的车灯控制系统节点,达到了功能要求,测试结果表明该控制器设计具有功能完善、可靠性高、实用性强等特点。
According to the characteristics of the electronic and electrical appliances of a model,the network control system of the whole automobile headlight was put forward based on CAN network.The 8-bit microcontrollers MCS08DZ60 was used to design and realize the distributed control system of the headlight,which included the hardware circuit design and the software program realization.Through CANOE and other professional software tools,the network packets in the monitor and control process was accurate and reliable.The design has been used as a lamp control system node in the automobile network,the functional requirements are met.The test results show that the designed controller has perfect functions,high reliability,strong practicability and so on.
