摘要
近年来轻量化技术已成为汽车节能减排的关键技术之一,而塑料尾门的开发运用则是汽车轻量化设计的新趋势。目前将重点研究尺寸偏差控制技术在塑料尾门设计与制造中的应用。尺寸偏差控制技术主要分为前期设计阶段的尺寸偏差设计和后期工业化阶段的尺寸偏差调试。具体通过尺寸偏差控制技术在某车型塑料尾门开发中的运用实例,说明尺寸偏差控制技术的运用有助于塑料尾门的设计与制造。
In recent years,lightweight technology has became one of the key technologies of automobile energy conservation and emissions reduction,and the using of plastic tailgate is the new trend of automotive lightweighting design.Application research of dimensional deviation control technology in vehicle plastic tailgate design and manufacturing is focused on.Dimensional deviation control technology is mainly divided into dimensional deviation design in preliminary stage and dimensional deviation debugging in industrialization stage.Through the example of using dimensional deviation control technology in the vehicle plastic tailgate developing,it was illustrated that using dimensional deviation control technology was benefit to the vehicle plastic tailgate design and manufacturing.
