摘要
新能源汽车作为新事物,一方面为用户带来了新的生活方式;另一方面在真实的用户体验中,尚存在诸多不便之处(比如充电方面),这些不方便构成了新能源汽车使用上的痛点。为了促进新能源车的普及,消除这些痛点并为用户提供超越想象的用车体验,是新能源汽车策划开发前期的关键所在。提出将"互联网行业的用户体验研究方法"应用于新能源汽车产品开发策划阶段,发现了用户深层次需求,从而提高产品投产后的用户体验度。
As a new type of vehicles,new energy vehicles(NEV)brings an upgraded life style to users.However,there are many inconveniences in terms of user experience(UX)(e.g.,charging),which constitute the pain points of NEV.In order to popularize NEV,eliminating these pain points and providing experience that is beyond the expectation of users have become the key point of NEV’s advanced planning and development.The UX-based user research method of Internet industry was adapted in the NEV’s advanced planning and development phase to discover users’needs in depth.Therefore the UX level when NEV products put into production is improved.
