摘要
为评价某轿车排气系统的动态特性,根据排气系统实物建立其三维实体模型,利用有限元分析软件对它进行约束模态分析,得到其前5阶模态参数,发现前两阶模态能很好地避开发动机激励,但是后3阶模态固有频率对应的发动机转速为常用发动机转速,容易产生共振。
In order to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of a car exhaust system,a three?dimensional solid model was built according to the real exhaust system.The finite element analysis software was used to analyze the constrained modal.The modal parameters of the first five orders were obtained.It is found that the first two order modes can well avoid the engine excitation;however,the latter three modal natural frequencies correspond to common engine speed,resonance will be happened.
