校企合作教育对创新型人才创造力的影响研究——组织创新鼓励的中介作用

Research on the Influence of Co-operative Education to Creativity of Creative Talents——Organizational Innovation Incentives as a Mediator

高校的人才培养与企业对创新型人才的需求不成正比是常见的现象,高校通常借助企业以参与校企合作教育的方式来提升人才培养的质量,而如何正确参与校企合作是影响高校人才培养的关键因素。本研究立足高校人才培养,以来自广西四所应用技术大学参与校企合作教育的427名学生为研究对象,基于组织创新鼓励的中介作用,通过研究校企合作教育与创造力之间的关系,考察创新型人才创造力培养的影响及作用机制。结果表明,学校校企合作行为、企业校企合作行为对创新型人才创造力有显著影响;组织创新鼓励三维度在学校校企合作行为和创新型人才创造力中发挥部分中介作用;在企业校企合作行为和创新型人才创造力中发挥完全中介作用。本研究拓展了协同创新的研究视野,为发展协同创新理论提供了新的视角。

That university's personnel training and corporate demand for innovative talents is not proportional to the university is a common phenomenon袁usually by enterprises to participate in the cooperative education way to enhance the quality of personnel training袁and is a key factor to affect the university personnel training to participate in school enterprise cooperation based on the cultivation of talents袁to 427 four students from Guangxi University of Applied Sciences袁participation in cooperative education as the research object袁the intermediary role of organizational innovation based on encouragement袁by studying the relationship between cooperative education and creativity袁a new study effect and mechanism of talent cultivation of creativity.The results show that the behavior of school enterprise cooperation袁cooperation has significant influence on the behavior of enterprises the innovative talents of creativity;Organizational innovation encourages department of three-dimensional cooperation behavior in school innovative talents and creativity Intermediary role;Play full intermediary role in the enterprise cooperation behavior and innovative talents with creativity.This study extends the research field of collaborative innovation袁provides a new perspective for the development of collaborative innovation theory.
