^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像在恶性黑色素瘤临床分期判断中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像(PET/CT)对恶性黑色素瘤临床分期的判断价值。方法选择恶性黑色素瘤患者69例,组织病理学检查及随访证实存在淋巴结转移(N期)28例,远处转移(M期)25例。分析69例患者的PET/CT结果及传统影像学检查(包括头、胸、腹部、盆腔CT和/或MRI)结果,比较PET/CT及传统影像学检查对临床分期的判断效能。结果 PET/CT与传统影像学检查对N分期判断的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);PET/CT与传统影像学检查判断M分期的敏感性分别为100%、72.0%(P<0.05),特异性分别为97.7%、97.7%(P>0.05),阳性预测值分别为96.1%、94.7%(P>0.05),阴性预测值分别为100%、86.0%(P>0.05)。结论 PET/CT对判断恶性黑色素瘤N、M分期均具有较高的敏感性、特异性;对M分期的判断效能高于传统影像学检查。
