基于新三针选针技术的间隔织物鞋面网孔组织研究 被引量:6

摘要 为改善经编鞋面网孔组织设计单调的现状,以及提供设计经编鞋面网孔新组织的方向与思路,运用本课题组开发的计算机辅助软件,对新三针16种基本组织的搭配规律进行研究,最后设计几种新的网孔组织。网孔实物显示,网孔形状与传统三针设计的网孔矩形不同。新三针16种组织搭配的规律,对设计新的网孔组织有参考意义。 To diversify mesh stitch design of warp-knitted vamp,and work out a direction and idea of designing new mesh stitch of warp-knitted vamp,the collocation rules of the 16 basic stitch structures of new three-needle technique were studied with the computer aided software developed by our research group,and a few new mesh stitch structures were designed.Comparison shows that the shape of real mesh is different from the rectangular mesh of the traditional three-needle design.The collation rules of the 16 stitch structures of the new three-needle technique are of reference significance to the design of new mesh stitch structure.
