摘要
加快推进新常态下京津冀人力资源市场一体化进程,优化配置人力资源,促进人力资源在区域内自由流动,对于京津冀协同发展意义重大。基于此,综合运用文献调查法、德尔菲法及层次分析法,构建京津冀人力资源市场一体化评估指标体系的层次过程模型,并对模型数据处理结果进行分析,进而提出推进新常态下京津冀人力资源市场一体化建设策略。
To accelerate the integration process of human resources market of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei under the new normal,optimize the allocation of human resources,and promote the free flow of human resources in the region is of great significance for the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Based on this,comprehensively using the methods such as literature survey,Delphi and analytic hierarchy process,this paper constructs a hierarchical process model for the evaluation index system of human resources market integration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Also,this paper analyzes the results of model data processing,and then puts forward to the strategy of promoting the construction of human resources market integration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei under the new normal.
