基于AHP-灰色关联分析的铁路阔大货物运输安全性评价

Safety Evaluation of Railway Exceptional Dimension Freight Transportation Based on AHP-Grey Correlation Analysis

在对铁路阔大货物运输安全性影响因素分析的基础上,从装载加固、线路参数、管理水平3个层面构建评价体系。应用层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process,AHP)确立阔大货物运输安全性评价体系的指标权重,用灰色关联度分析法计算各运输方案与标准运输方案的一致性程度,进行方案比选。通过成都至北京的铁路阔大货物装载加固的安全性分析实例,验证了模型与算法的可靠性。

On the analytical basis of the safety impact factors of railway exceptional dimension freight transportation,the evaluation system is constructed from three layers such as loading reinforcement,line parameters and management level.The AHP method is used to establish the index weight of safety evaluation system of exceptional dimension freight transport,the consistency degree of each transportation scheme and standard transportation scheme is calculated by grey relational analysis method.Finally,the reliability of the model and the algorithm is proved by an example analysis for the safety of exceptional dimension freight of Chengdu to Beijing railway.
