摘要
在氯丙基硅胶整体柱固定相表面,通过亲核反应衍生奎宁功能单体,制备新型混合模式有机-硅胶杂化整体柱.实验考察杂化整体柱的结构特征和电色谱性能,结果表明衍生奎宁后的杂化整体柱结构均匀,重现性良好,在酸性条件下产生较大的反向电渗流.整体柱通过对极性小分子、多环芳烃及有机酸类物质的分离,体现出明显的反相作用、π-π作用和阴离子交换作用.在混合模式作用下,成功分离了碱性的烟碱类化合物.
A new mixed-mode organic-silica hybrid monolithic column was prepared by derivating quinine onto the chloropropyl-functionalized silica monolith via nucleophilic reaction.The structure characteristics and chromatographic performance of the hybrid column were studied,the results showed that the hybrid column has homogenous morphology and good reproducibility,and a reverse electroosmotic flow(EOF)was generated at acidic conditions.Multiple retention mechanisms including reversed-phase chromatographic behavior,π-πinteractions and anion-exchange interactions were studied by separating various kinds of analytes,such as small polar molecules,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and organic acids.And the hybrid column can effectively separate alkaline nicotinic compounds under mixed-mode by multiple separations.
