Research on the Fixed Mode of the TBM Hob on the Cutter Plate

隧道掘进机(TBM)刀盘上的滚刀作为主要的破岩工具,极易磨损、消耗量大而且更换条件恶劣。本文根据目前服役的TBM中滚刀在刀盘上的固定方式进行总结和分析,以方便TBM施工中快速地更换刀具和创新。

the hob of the tunneling machine(TBM)knife plate is used as the main rock breaking tool,which is extremely easy to wear and of large consumption with poor replacement conditions.This paper summarizes and analyzes the fixed mode of the hob in the TBM which is currently in service,so as to facilitate the quick replacement of cutting tools and innovation in the construction using TBM.
