摘要
针对目前国内矿井下用到的液压支架控制器体积庞大、成本高昂、维修不方便等一系列问题,本文研究设计了一套基于16位单片机的液压支架控制器。对这个系统在井下的位置关系以及控制器硬件设计、控制模式以及控制功能进行了详细的介绍。基本上解决了老式控制器所具有的缺点。通过实验能够稳定高效的处理故障,实现自动控制。为以后的商业应用打下了坚实的理论基础,对以后的科学研究有很大意义。
according to the current domestic use of mine hydraulic support controller of large volume,high cost,inconvenient maintenance and a series of problems,this paper designs a set of hydraulic support controller based on 16 bit microcontroller.The position relation of the system in the mine,the hardware design,the control mode and the control function of the controller are introduced in detail.Basically,the disadvantages of the old controller are solved.Through experiments,the fault can be handled stably and efficiently,and the automatic control can be realized.It lays a solid theoretical foundation for the future commercial application,and has great significance for future scientific research.
