深部开采软岩巷道围岩支护技术研究与应用 被引量:5

Research and application of surrounding rock support technology for soft rock roadway in deep mining

摘要 针对深部开采巷道围岩支护难题,文章在综合采用理论分析、现场监测基础上对深部巷道围岩支护机理及支护设备参数选择进行研究,提出了高预应力锚杆的支护理论并得到如下结论:(1)基于矿井地质力学参数与理论分析确定了深部围岩支护的悬吊理论模型;(2)通过理论计算得到巷道预留变形量为119mm,确定了锚杆的长度、直径间排距等一系列参数;(3)通过现场两帮、顶底板离层监测得到巷道最大位移量为70mm,两帮最大位移量84mm,巷道顶板离层浅部最大8mm,深部最大4mm,满足矿井安全生产要求。 According to the deep mining roadway supporting problem,based on the comprehensive calculation,using field monitoring on the basis of deep roadway supporting mechanism and supporting equipment parameters and the support theory of high prestressed anchor rod was put forward.Some conclusions can be draw as follows:①Mine geological mechanics parameter analysis and theory to determine the deep the surrounding rock model based on suspension theory support;②Roadway deformation is 119mm obtained by theoretical calculation,the length of the bolt diameter,spacing and a series of parameters;③Through the field in two sides,top and bottom separation monitoring to get the maximum displacement of roadway is 70mm,the maximum displacement of 84mm two.8mm,the largest roadway roof separation shallow,the maximum depth of 4mm,meet the requirements of mine safety production.
