摘要
针对煤炭脱硫这一技术难题,设计了一种新型高效高梯度电磁磁选机,主要用于煤(逆磁性)和煤系黄铁矿及其它矿物(顺磁性)的分离。对该磁选机结构及工作原理进行了详细的阐述,即利用物理方法实现煤与黄铁矿的分离。该高梯度电磁磁选机具有磁场强度高、电流可控可调、能获得高梯度电磁场和分选精度高等优点。并通过正交试验验证了该磁选机工作的可靠性,并在最后详细对比了使用该磁选机具有较大的经济优势。
in view of the technical problem of coal desulfurization,a new type of high efficiency and high gradient magnetic separator has been designed,which is mainly used for separation of coal(reverse magnetism)and coal measures pyrite and other minerals(paramagnetic).The structure and working principle of the magnetic separator are described in detail,that is,the separation of coal and pyrite by physical methods.The high gradient magnetic separator has the advantages of high magnetic field,controllable current controllable,high gradient electromagnetic field and high sorting accuracy.The reliability of the magnetic separator is verified by the orthogonal test,and the economic advantages of the magnetic separator are compared in detail.
