摘要
针对带式输送机运量不平衡,电能大量耗费的问题,进行输送机节能优化策略分析,针对启动过程中的问题,提出了基于耦合补偿的功率平衡方法,针对带式输送机运行阻力问题,提出了基于变频调速的节能方法,最后通过仿真系统分析总结了带式输送机节能控制流程。
in view of the belt conveyor traffic imbalance,enormous energy cost problem,conveyor and energy saving optimization strategy analysis,in view of the problems in the process of start,was proposed based on the coupling compensation power balance method,in view of the belt conveyor running resistance problem,put forward the energy saving method based on frequency control of motor speed,finally summarized through the analysis of the simulation system of belt conveyor and energy saving control process.
