摘要
本文通过对生产矿井多绳摩擦式提升机提升容器挂设的关键工艺流程及安装工艺研究,采用了防止了提升首绳敷设过程中绞结的专用卡具,防止尾绳下放过程中易扭转的专用机具和绳卡,科学合理安排施工工序,保证了施工质量和施工安全,加快了施工速度,提高了施工效率。该工艺技术适用于煤矿立井主井、副井多绳摩擦式提升机提升容器挂设安装。
Based on the research process and installation of key production process of mine multi rope friction hoist lifting container hanging,using a special fixture prevented from lifting twisted first rope laying process,prevent the special equipment easily reversed and tail rope rope card in the process of decentralization,scientific and reasonable arrangements for the construction process,ensure the construction quality and construction safety,speed up the construction,improve construction efficiency.This technology is suitable for coal mine shaft,shaft multi rope friction hoist lifting container hanging installation.
