摘要
对某矿副立井破碎带进行注浆加固施工,文中首先从压水试验、注浆材料、浆液配比注浆压力等参数设计了注浆工艺,选择了合理的注浆防护垫、注浆机械,分层对破碎带进行注浆加固。并对注浆效果进行模拟分析,结果表明,通过注浆能够有效改善井筒围岩受力,使应力分布更加均匀,有效改善了井筒围岩应力环境;大大降低了井筒塑性区的厚度;有效控制了井壁的收敛位移及底臌,对抑制井壁破坏及剧烈底臌起到了关键作用,表明本设计方案切实有效可行。
