基于实时电价机制的微网多时间尺度能量管理研究 被引量:8

摘要 实时电价机制在本质上是分时电价机制的一种,但能反应每小时甚至更短时间段的电价波动。部分调度策略的制定依赖峰谷时段的划分,在仅有实时电价信息时无法有效执行。提出了一种基于实时电价信息的多时间尺度优先级调度策略,通过优先级信息将多个时间尺度紧密结合起来。根据主网实时电价信息与微网内柴油机单位发电成本之间的数量关系,确定日前每小时柴油机、网间交互功率、储能的优先调度顺序,直接指导日内短时间尺度调度,克服电价时段的划分对制定调度策略的影响。运用鲁棒优化处理风光出力不确定性。最后以一并网型微网为例,分析优先级调度策略对实时电价机制的适应性以及在充分利用可再生能源、保证微网经济可靠运行方面的优越性。 The real-time pricing mechanism is a kind of time-of-use pricing mechanism in essence,it can reflect the fluctuation of electricity price per hour or even at shorter interval.Partial scheduling strategies are developed according to the division of peak and valley time,and cannot be implemented effectively when only the real-time price information is available.This paper proposes a multi-time scale priority scheduling strategy,which is based on the real-time price information and can combine multiple time scales closely via priority information.The priority scheduling sequence of diesel engine,interaction power and energy storage device per hour was determined according to the quantitative relationship between the real-time price information of main grid per hour in a day and the per generation cost of the diesel in micro-grid.This scheme gives a guidance to the short time scale scheduling and overcomes the impact exerted by electricity price division.Robust optimization was employed to deal with the uncertainty of wind and photovoltaic.Finally,the authors took a micro-grid connected to power grid as an example to analyze the adaptability of the priority scheduling strategy applied to the real-time price mechanism and its advantages in utilizing renewable energy and ensuring reliable and economic operation of micro-grid.
